Head of College Welcome
I am delighted to welcome you to °µÒ¹³ÉÈËÊÓƵ.
°µÒ¹³ÉÈËÊÓƵ is a school of the Lutheran Church of Australia, with a rich history that spans seven decades, a strong sense of community and extensive educational opportunities for our students.
We are a Christian community where God's message of grace is proclaimed, and this guides how we teach, live and work together. Our progressive College community consists of a supportive and caring network of students, parents, staff, Old Scholars and friends of °µÒ¹³ÉÈËÊÓƵ.
Our goal is to provide a quality education within a safe and happy learning environment. We are focused on the mind and heart, and believe in promoting the intellectual, emotional, physical, social and spiritual development of each student. Learning is at the heart of everything we do at °µÒ¹³ÉÈËÊÓƵ.
Our College has a proud tradition of offering a quality coeducational day and boarding experience for both national and international students. Our purpose is to inspire our students to strive for academic excellence, and to nurture their aspirations in a caring and vibrant educational setting.
Within the wider national and international community, the young people who study at °µÒ¹³ÉÈËÊÓƵ are known to be self-directed, insightful, principled, confident and caring. Our aim is to develop these attributes in all our students, and to give them every opportunity to use their gifts and talents to make a positive contribution globally.
I invite you to explore our website to learn about °µÒ¹³ÉÈËÊÓƵ’s innovative, forward-thinking philosophy and vision as well as our enduring commitment to our students. More importantly, come and visit us. I would welcome an opportunity to show you our College in person.
Please note that aligned with our College's Master Planning, in late 2024 we will begin the construction a brand new upper Junior Learning Centre at our Stephen Street Campus, and a new Early Learning Centre (Kindergarten and OSHC) on our Warwick Street Campus. We are excited about the opportunities these developments will create for our College - they do also mean some changes are afoot from 2026, as our entire Hume Street Campus operations will relocate, and the Hume Street site will subsequently be sold. All Junior College students will then move into the new Junior Learning Centre in 2026. Warwick Street Campus will also see big changes as this campus is redeveloped. The College will be carefully guiding and supporting its valued community through all related changes. Please take your time to read about the College's plans here, or view our Parent Brochure , - you are also welcome to contact the College with any questions.
I look forward to greeting you as together we explore the many exciting opportunities that exist at °µÒ¹³ÉÈËÊÓƵ.
Kind regards,
Mr Anton Prinsloo
